An original oil painting by a British artist working in the mid-20th Century.
A fine professional work painted with a palette knife in oils en plain air. I'm not sure which river or power station this is - I'm assuming somewhere on the Thames but not Battersea I think. I'll leave it for the next owner to do the research!
