An original oil painting by an unknown Swedish artist working in the mid-20th Century
This is one of the highlights of the Spring auction, a very fine Midcentury still life, beautifully painted and the sort of work I'm finding increasingly difficult to source at this price level. Dated 1946 it is in its original distressed wood frame. If it sells for anywhere near estimate it will be a bargain.
