I've owned this for nearly two decades. A large Modern British oil, teasingly monogrammed DW, I've never managed to find a name to attribute it to. It's very powerful, possibly Northern school but could equally be a post-war London scene. Either way I give up - if someone buys it and finds out it's worth a fortune, please don't tell me. Or at least send the hand made gesso frame back.
