A small to medium size canvas, inscribed on the reverse of the canvas as a view of Tjörn which is the sixth largest island in Sweden, located on the Swedish West coast in the province of Bohuslän. Although the signature is unclear the painting is dated 1972.
A sunny view of a jetty in a professional hand, a satisfying impressionist technique with loose, fluid strokes.
