An earlier work than we usually offer, this dates to the first couple of decades of the 20th Century. A continental town that seems still to be heavily horse-powered with a florist's cart in the foreground and the bustle of a crowd milling underneath a military statue. Painted in a style that could have come from any European country of the day. A nice study of a standing nude on the reverse for those who like a BOGOF deal.
