The best way to bid is to place the maximum you would be willing to spend and let the computer do the rest. If no one else places a bid, you will win the lot for the reserve. If other bids are placed, the system will raise your bid amount to the increment above the next highest bid, until your maximum bid is exceeded. This is called proxy bidding. A boat yard in winter, that perfect blend of the Swedish experience, boats and snow.

This is a very nice painting, perfect composition and a sense of economy that many artists fail to achieve - the artist clearly knows when to stop.

An unusual original frame in a dark moulding that although I wouldn't have chosen actually works well, really projecting the cool nearly monochrome image out of the darkness of the frame.

We have Black (well Farrow & Ball Railings) walls in the gallery for the same reason.
